Personality: Although hesitant around newcomers, Anna tries to be as friendly and nice as she can. The personal opinion of herself is very low, and a large habit of her's is to talk down about herself, especially her powers because she knows how weak she is. Which is strange considering one way to get her to talk and not shut up is to ask her about her rings and to explain how they work. People can easily manipulate her by using her emotions this way.

About You:

As a kid, Anna was sick frequently. She was known to practically live in the local hospital or stay home from school often. Her immune system was fairly weak, and led to her body being quite frail. Anna's parents both worried about their daughter for many reasons, not just her sickness. She didn't have very many friends, and the ones she had never lasted long. Kids at school avoided her sometimes, afraid to get sick from her. Scared that their daughter would get lonely, she was given her first ring when she was around nine. Inside it was powers that let her summon a kitten made of shadows. Unfortunately she couldn't make it any bigger than a small kitten, otherwise she would get nauseous. But the tiny shadow pet made her happy, and she summoned it often when no one was around. After elementary school, she got a little healthier. Starting the school year, she made a few friendships that lasted. Most of the years past then were fine, she didn't go as frequently to the hospital and when she did it wasn't for nearly as long. When she began high school, she even managed a boyfriend for a solid year or so. In those years though, her powers were still limited. It seemed like they weren't being used to their full potential, due to a doubtful user. So when her parents saw a letter inviting her to attend some prestigious academy for kids like her, they quickly enrolled her and sent her off.
